Foolproof had become frustrated with their existing IT support company and were experiencing a number of ongoing IT problems that were not being resolved quickly enough, and in general their IT was not running smoothly. redhall was initially brought in on a consultancy basis to help solve immediate issues with internet connectivity and provide IT advice, but were soon contracted to provide IT Support.
At the start of our long-standing relationship redhall provided a fully outsourced IT Support solution for their 30 employees across 2 UK sites, over time this changed to a co-managed solution, working alongside internal IT staff, for their 100+ employees across 3 UK/International sites.
redhall helped deliver Foolproof’s own internal IT helpdesk which was successfully integrated with redhall’s own IT Support ticketing system, to provide end-users with a more transparent, seamless and efficient service.
We also worked with them to create and manage a hybrid cloud environment, successfully managing their cloud integration and migrating them from a physical small business server to a standard active directory virtual server, to provide a more robust and flexible infrastructure.
