First of all we like to listen and ask the right questions to fully understand the needs of your business and what you’re looking to achieve. After this free consultation we can provide a high-level proposal which, for managed services, will be fully scoped at the Discovery phase.

During the Discovery phase we spend some time within your business, auditing your current IT Infrastructure and meeting with your staff. This will include auditing the number of devices and performing an IT ‘heath check’ looking at areas such as back-up, anti-virus and licensing.

Next we will present back a fully scoped solution that is right for your business. This will include any recommendations or fixes required to ensure your IT infrastructure is at a good starting point to allow for effective on-going support. We will work with you to implement any recommendations and successfully introduce any new support processes into your business.A

Whilst we’re continually in communication with you and your team and encourage ongoing feedback, we also put in place quarterly review sessions, where we can review the previous quarter, understand any changes to your business or needs and agree any future actions.
